All right, here we go with my report on day two’s events. After all the excitement of the first day, I was glad that Saturday was a little more low-key. And by low-key, I mean that my mom and I attended five panels and then went back to her house for some dinner and to…
2011 Supernatural PaleyFest Panel, Part Three Okay: here’s the third, longest, and final part of my summary of the Paley panel. On to questions Mo Ryan got from fans and conveyed to the panel! Her first one went to Jim, noting that the show seemed to be killing off all of Bobby’s friends, the…
Editor’s Note: Supernatural conventions are very special weekend events when fans can meet and mingle with each other and the cast of Supernatural. Bettina attended her first Supernatural convention in June. She is very excited to share with you her account of the fun, accompanied by her wonderful pictures! Start at Part 1 of the…
On Set. A "Supernatural" Miracle! The one thing I was hoping for when going to VanCon was to see “Supernatural” filming. It was something I so desperately wanted. I wanted to see the boys at work. I wanted to see Jensen as Dean. Share on FacebookTweetFollow usSave
Sunday, J2 Day! Well, it was a bit more than that. There was an awesome panel involving a King and Queen of Hell, J2 on the stage twice messing with things like a new Twitter account for Jensen and a well placed fan at the back of the stage that provided loads of entertainment. We…
One of the highlights of Van Con 2015 was the premiere of the SPN Fandom–The Movie trailer. Share on FacebookTweetFollow usSave
Thanks Alice! I have day one and day two posted now.
Great report Tigershire, to think you thought it would be nothing but a mumble…nary a mumble or drooly bit in sight. Sounds like a great first day, lots of fun and I’m glad there’s a new Q&A format…I only ever catch glimpses here and there on the web or via reports but the incessant inanity of some of the questions never ceases to amaze. Good for someone to take a stand on that. I also think it’s fair there’s no recording, I mean, it’s great to view some of the vids but truth is people pay a lot of money to go and then some of us get to watch stuff free…’tis fair.
I’ll be looking forward to your next series of posts.
Thanks for doing this.
Thanks Elle2. I credit my ability to recall and transcribe with the fact that I seemed to have gotten my head around the whole event and my nerves went away. I still wasn’t brave enough to say, get up to the mike to ask a question, but meeting them all no longer held any fear or nerves. It was AWESOME and enabled me to recall events enough to recount them.
Day 2 is up and I’m hoping to do Day 3 tonight but it’s late and I have a bit of paperwork to do. So could be there….but definitely tomorrow for sure.
Okey dokey – I think I have finished. I completed Day 3 – Part 2 at 2 am and posted it.
Folks are more than welcome to leave comments on my blog as well, or ask me questions and I will compile them into a post to answer them.
But really, I’m just please folks want to read what I have to say and I want to say another HUGE Thank You to Alice for posting my link here, I have gotten a ton of traffic to my site because of it.
Thank you so much Tigershire. Loved reading your experiences at the con.
Love the boys and all the wonderful characters on the show. It must be a happy workplace on the Supernatural set. They’re all so cool!
