All right, here we go with my report on day two’s events. After all the excitement of the first day, I was glad that Saturday was a little more low-key. And by low-key, I mean that my mom and I attended five panels and then went back to her house for some dinner and to…
The first panel on Day Three was Jim Beaver. He was supposed to only speak for an hour, then sign autographs, then catch a plane back to Vancouver for early shooting on Monday. His schedule changed though, and he didn’t have to go back so he could stay around. He was given a longer panel (an hour and…
Unlike some of our awesome staff, I am not as fortunate to make it to full SPN conventions, but must resign myself to the more local, geeky affairs. This does allow me to play a challenge, however. Finding Supernatural at a convention dedicated to it is easy, but finding it at a general con? That’s…
BosCon, or as I Would Prefer to Call It, “Best Day Ever” Saturday, 2 pm: My soccer-mom SUV has magically turned into a 1967 black Chevy Impala (due mostly to the fact that I have removed my childrens’ booster seats) and my Supernatural playlist is pumping out of the speakers. Boston, here I come. It…

(Picture of Samantha Smith, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Jensen Ackles courtesy of Fangasm) Saturday at Salute to Supernatural Las Vegas was pretty epic. The lineup of panels itself was impressive and offered many moments to remember, but when the Saturday light Celebrity Cabaret ends up featuring Jensen Ackles on stage singing and for the first…
Thanks Alice! I have day one and day two posted now.
Great report Tigershire, to think you thought it would be nothing but a mumble…nary a mumble or drooly bit in sight. Sounds like a great first day, lots of fun and I’m glad there’s a new Q&A format…I only ever catch glimpses here and there on the web or via reports but the incessant inanity of some of the questions never ceases to amaze. Good for someone to take a stand on that. I also think it’s fair there’s no recording, I mean, it’s great to view some of the vids but truth is people pay a lot of money to go and then some of us get to watch stuff free…’tis fair.
I’ll be looking forward to your next series of posts.
Thanks for doing this.
Thanks Elle2. I credit my ability to recall and transcribe with the fact that I seemed to have gotten my head around the whole event and my nerves went away. I still wasn’t brave enough to say, get up to the mike to ask a question, but meeting them all no longer held any fear or nerves. It was AWESOME and enabled me to recall events enough to recount them.
Day 2 is up and I’m hoping to do Day 3 tonight but it’s late and I have a bit of paperwork to do. So could be there….but definitely tomorrow for sure.
Okey dokey – I think I have finished. I completed Day 3 – Part 2 at 2 am and posted it.
Folks are more than welcome to leave comments on my blog as well, or ask me questions and I will compile them into a post to answer them.
But really, I’m just please folks want to read what I have to say and I want to say another HUGE Thank You to Alice for posting my link here, I have gotten a ton of traffic to my site because of it.
Thank you so much Tigershire. Loved reading your experiences at the con.
Love the boys and all the wonderful characters on the show. It must be a happy workplace on the Supernatural set. They’re all so cool!
