Breathtaking Photos of Supernatural’s Jared Padalecki
The following photos have to be among my favorites of bearded Jared. The first two were taken by Kim at the convention in Dallas in 2019.
Elizabeth Madsen caught all the right colors to frame a spectacular Jared profile that’s filled with emotion, class and love. From Rome, Italy at JIB 2019.
Amy of Amy Marie Photo snapped a perfect shot of our happy guy at the convention in Dallas,.
The gentleness of Jared’s heart comes through in these shots by Kim Prior, from the 2019 convention in Nashville.
Suzanne McLean caught a relaxed Jared in his signature beanie, enjoying being with his fans.
Stepping away from their many fan conventions, Elizabeth captured a rare photo of Jared on location, filming Supernatural‘s 200th episode in 2014. Jared was in wardrobe as Sam but had taken a moment to sign autographs for fans. Intense concentration, a casual hair drop, and a milestone moment in the series’ history all combine to make this a truly unique photo.
Elizabeth also recorded another historical moment, as Jared teared up at Supernatural‘s last San Diego Comic-Con panel in 2019. Talking about the 15th and final season of the show filled fans and cast alike with deep emotions. We love you too, Jared.
How does one pick a favorite out of all these breathtaking photos of Jared? If I could pick, this might be it. The ‘thud’ of this shot. Wow. Just wow. Taken by Kim Prior in 2019 at the Nashville convention.
I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge three stunning photos taken by Robbie Klein/Contour RA for Getty Images from the San Diego Comic Con in 2017. Look them up sometime if you ever need even more breathtaking photos of Jared!
Just for Fun
We all know there is a fun-loving side of Jared, so it’s only fair to include a few of his lighter moments in our collection. Suzanne McLean caught this “be-still-my-heart” photo at a convention.
Of course, we can’t forget when Jared was in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2014 and wanted to have a cool dip… in the ocean… in his swim trunks! What was his explanation for such a brazen display of his ripped physique? He wanted to frolic? Feel free to cool off anytime, Jared!
Photographer Megan Jackson of Stardust and Melancholy Photo captured this adorable expression at the Salute to Supernatural convention in San Francisco in 2015. I think Jared would appreciate us ending with a nod to our “moose.”
Those are just a few of our favorite photos of Jared! Now it’s your turn. If there is a shot that you think is absolutely stunning, please share with your Supernatural family in the comments below! - I’m the Co-Editor-in-Chief, Social Media Manager (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram), Live Tweet Moderator, reviewer and feature writer for The Winchester Family Business. Before joining the Supernatural Family, I worked for 22 years at a global consulting firm, but after years of long hours, high pressure and rigorous demands, I quit corporate life to raise my children. After my first Supernatural convention, I was driven to share my shock and awe in a two-part essay that The WFB was brave enough to post, and my second life calling, that of being a writer, began. My first published book, Fan Phenomena: The Twilight Saga was released in late 2016. Please share in my cross-fandom excitement by following its Facebook page @FanPhenomenaTwilight and my personal Twitter account @LSAngel2. You can read about this whole miraculous transition in my chapter in Family Don’t End With Blood, published in May 2017.
