Last weekend Jensen, Jared, Osric Chau and Jason Manns were all part of a team in the Central Texas One Tough Mudder course. Sera Gamble is on fire this year. As we noted in the April 19 Bits and Pieces, she is executive producer on Aquarius, which will be shown on NBC starting May 28. Now SG has a second show that will be produced. SyFy has placed a 12 episode order for The Magicians based on Lev Grossman’s best-selling fantasy book series. Sera Gamble, along with John McNamar, wrote the Pilot and they will be show runners for the series. According to Variety shooting will begin in July. There is no word on when it will premiere. We’ll keep you informed.
When Eric Kripke’s Revolution was canceled last year, there were many dangling plot lines. Comicbook.com and DC Entertainment are publishing a digital comic series based on these threads. From the announcement on Comicbook.com
Revolution writers David Reed and Ryan Parrott handled the writing duties of the digital comic’s four chapters, after breaking the story in the writers’ room along with the rest of the Revolution creative team including Kripke, O’Bannon, Paul Grellong, David Rambo, Trey Callaway, Anne Cofell Saunders, Ben Edlund, Matt Pitts and Jim Barnes.
This is great news for fans of Revolution. Congratulations Eric Kripke for finding a way to continue the saga! The first issue was released May 4.
Ty Olsson stars in Just The Way You Are a new movie on the Hallmark Channel. It will be shown today, May 10 at various times and next weekend.
