The celebration of Supernatural’s 200th episode provided an opportunity for interviews with the cast and crew about tonight’s episode and teased future events.
Screenfad published an interview with Jared, Jensen, Jeremy Carver and Adam Glass about tonights episode.
While Dean left the Men of Letters bunker after waking up with black eyes, Sam spent those weeks engaging in questionable acts to find his brother. Thanks to a little help from a double-crossing Crowley, Sam has managed to capture Dean and will bring him back to the bunker in order to start the demon cure the boys learned in season 8. But curing Dean won’t be easy and it will be fraught with a lot of emotion as Demon Dean tries to throw Sam off his game by spouting some harsh words. Can the brothers move past all of their issues and come together again?
TV Line published an article with interviews with Jared, Jensen, Jeremy Carver and Bob Singer.
The hour presents “a Dean that we haven’t seen before,” executive producer Robert Singer adds. “Over the first three episodes, he gets to the point where Sam has to try to really pull him back from an edge that he probably hasn’t been on before. How he does it or if he does it…”
This looks to be an action packed and intense episode that will set the path for the rest of the season. What are you looking forward to most? Are you glad Castiel will confront Demon!Dean? Is it a bad idea for Cas and Crowley to work together again? Will Sam be able to truly save Dean? Or will this just be a temporary fix? Share your thoughts!
The interviews all seem very promising for a great episode and season. Gets better every week.
