SHERIFF MILLS TRIES TO SAVE A YOUNG GIRL FROM A VAMPIRE NEST — Sheriff Mills (guest star Kim Rhodes) calls Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) after she kills a vampire who attacked a prisoner named Annie (guest star Katherine Ramdeen). They discover Annie was kidnapped by a family of vampires who use her as bait to lure in humans they can then feed on. Sheriff Mills tries to rescue Annie from her captors, but finds out the hard way that family always comes first. Stefan Pleszczynski directed the episode written by Robert Berens (#919).
Back to Vampires! And Jodie is back! Someone who actually talks to Sam. Written by Robert BerensI have liked enjoyed his episodes.
It sounds interesting. I wonder if this is a setup for Bloodlines. The werewolf thing was.
Whoo hoo! Awesome to see comments back. I really think this episode sounds good. Always love it when Jodie Mills pays a visit. 🙂
So glad to see comments are back. Yeah, sounds like it’s gonna be a good episode. I love Sheriff Jodi, and vampires to boot!
Yay! Comments are back!
Sheriff mills is back! With vampires!
Cool beans!
It’ll be good to see Jody, the only charector who talks TO Sam. And it sounds like scary, evil vampires. Whoot! Whoot! Can’t wait for this episode.
Yeah, yeah, yippeeeee! comments are back! I was practically shaking from the withdrawal. This episodes looks…… interesting. I LOVE me some Jody Mills, one of the only characters, as amyh noted, talks TO Sam; so at least some potential for some Sam insight. Although its RT, a great writer in general, (he writes a great Dean) but not so good when he comes to Sam. And she’s always been plucky and smart and no nonsense. I am just a little leery of the whole vampire thing; please, please, please DO NOT have Jody turned into a vampire the way Garth was turned into a werewolf. I have always loved Garth, from his first appearance, and for me, werewolf Garth ruins his character. It would ruin Jody in the same way (for me anyway) to have her be a vampire.
This sounds good. I’m really looking forward to seeing Jody Mills back again, she talks to Sam and I dearly love her for that. I hope we get a few nice Sam and Jody scenes and even, and I have everything crossed for this, some Sam insight.
Every time vampires come up I think of the two female vampires who escaped during the first season after their leader/lover was killed by the Winchesters and John saying that once they have your scent they have it for life. As much as Jeremy keeps tying things back to prior seasons, it always makes me wonder . . .
