“Supernatural” Tops GetGlue Chart
Who uses GetGlue to check in to shows and register what you’re watching? Well I do and I love the stickers that you get for each new episode. I always order the physical stickers too, which are free!
It seems I’m not the only Supernatural fan compulsively checking in when I watch the show – particularly on new episode day, because in the week October 28 – November 3, Supernatural was the top broadcast show on GetGlue.
What does this mean? Well nothing as such. It doesn’t go to ratings. But it is an additional register of social media interaction and can assist broadcast analysts and social media strategists to paint a broader picture of their audience.
It is pretty cool that so may people are out there talking about our little show.
I’ve actually started watching shows that I’ve seen friends are watching via GetGlue, or seen them tweeting about via GetGlue.
