Here they are, the final crop of promo photos for season 8! What do you know, they tell us nothing. Oh, but poor Sammy, he looks like he needs a hug. And if Naomi harms Metatron in anyway, she’s going to have to answer to the nerd angel!

Those last 3 pictures are just so painful. I’ve got a horrible feeling that we’re going to be left halfway over the damn cliff at the end of this season. Aaargh. Love this show.
That last picture of Sam is one of the most haunting photos i have seen. He looks so exhausted and used up yikes

I am scared to death of whats going on here why the hell do they do this every year to hurt my poor baby I can not stand this anymore and am crying way to much now then I ever did.
Crazy theory! I’m thinking Dean is going to be the one who disappears (dies) at the end of this season (because let’s be honest someone usually does) and that last photo is Sam in despair again, but this year he doesn’t go searching for a normal life he commits himself to finding Dean and that’s how next season starts.
I’ve been wondering if something happens to Dean in the finale since reading Jared’s recent tweet about getting into his ’emotional place’ whilst filming the finale. (He did it by listening to some song called ‘Funeral’.)
But I also thought that maybe Sam might be in an ’emotional’ scene because we were getting a flashback to right after Dean went to Purgatory. Reading that Jodie Mills is in the finale got me thinking that perhaps Sam went to her after Dean disappeared.
But, now, after this week’s episode, maybe the ’emotional place’, the haunted, despairing pic above…maybe it’s all because of Sam having to sacrifice the chance to be free of the demon blood forever.
Oh…I can’t wait to see this year’s finale although I’m pretty much terrified too. 😥
Or since Crowley goes after people they’ve saved next week he decides to go after her because she’s a more recent friend and also connected to dear, departed Bobby in order to stop them. Not that they wouldn’t be wrecked by the others but Jodie Mills I think means a lot more to them and would be more of a sacrifice than the others.
He’s going to be desperate to stop them, that’s for sure!
