1. I don’t know what it is about spoilers these past few weeks but I’m lapping them up. This one is no different because there is about 50 questions that have arisen from those 21 seconds alone.

   Is that a demon injecting Dean, and with what?

   What on earth could induce Sam to say yes to Lucifer? The only thing I can think of is that it’s to save Dean from something, I can’t see him doing it for anything less.

   Someone who likes being possessed?? (Though I can see how it might be appealing at times.)

   Where is Sam when Dean is being injected?

   Is Dean passed out (drunk) or (unwillingly) drugged up in the last shot?

   Is Dean torturing again? (Though this could be a flashback because he’s wearing the ring and we haven’t seen that in a while.)

   Why are the demons back in the game now after what Crowley said?

   Holy crap, if Sam let Lucifer in, he surely can’t mean more than the hellacinations, can he??

   I get the feeling that the final scene there might be the final shot of the episode, and what a cliffhanger that would be to bring us through the (next) hiatus!

   Oh, would this week ever be gone!!
