Here are 13 non-descript promo photos for Supernatural Episode 8.03, “Heartache.”  This the episode directed by Jensen Ackles. Is it strange that the most surreal photos in this bunch are Sam Winchester taking the woman and a dog on a lovely afternoon picnic?  There’s cake there.  Just wow.  We’ll get to see more next week….
