My wish list was fulfilled 7/7 probables and totally didn’t make the 8th one but didn’t expect it.
1. Carry on Wayward Son — I knew we were gonna be all right when that played!
2. Cas pulled THE. MOST. AWESOME. FAST ONE. And is this what Misha was alluding to at a recent Con when he was asked if Dean got some angel powers? Well, Dean didn’t but he did get a message from Cas planted in his mind…wonderful nonverbal communication.
3. I got a two for one here…not only did Sam realize how badly he’d been duped, BUT RUBY IS DEAD!!!!!!
4. Bobby lives, Bobby lives! BOBBY LIVES!!!!
5. Dean apologized and then Sam apologized…Dean went after Sam after realizing his brother is family and FAMILY REMAINS and Sam really wanted Dean back and it stopped him long enough (until the whole Freak thing came up again and pushed his buttons) and then they worked together to kill Ruby, and it was pure instinct and unspoken and perfectly timed and then they grabbed each other as ole’ Luce is starting to rise and….ohmygosh the brothers are BACK!
6. My ‘out from left field’ fear (stoked mainly from the fandom) Sam and Dean are brothers and there is not one hint otherwise…like Ruby…DEAD!
7. Dean broke the first seal and Sam broke the last…pure symmetry.
8….I’ll get this one in about 15 weeks or so…previes of Season 5…patience, breathe, breathe.
DAMN YOU KRIPKE!!!! You answered so many questions, revealed so many plots and laid fabulous groundwork for Season 5…again, why is it that Sam was the only one? And Azazel reigns again (even if only in flashback…thus why Dean in 1973 encountered him, Azazel was starting his plan…cool) Luce is rising or mostly or starting his apocolypse, Chuck may or may not still be a prophet (can prophets lose their mojo?) Then Bobby will still be around, Zach is furious…and Castiel is rogue and to be hunted with Sam and Dean all season…and more, more, more.
I hear the writers are back in the writing room…write you mighty scribes…I’m looking forward to what you’ve got coming.

I woke my housemates up before 6am because I yelled “yes oh yes” at the screen when the boys killed ruby (joint effort note).
Ding dong the wicked demon is dead! Bobby still rocks, Kansas is so the official theme tune of the show, and Cas giving the “heavenly bodies” the finger throwing his lot in with team winchester.
I’m positively bouncing right now – despite the oncoming apocolypse and lucifer rising.
Moments I loved were the brotherly ones: when Sam could hear Dean’s voice through everything – you knew just knew the bond couldn’t be broken, when Dean came at ruby and Sam instintively knew what to do to help him, and when the seal began to open they instinctively grabbed each other. That’s our boys!
I’m now so late for work because I’ve watched it three times and yet I don’t care!
DAMN YOU KRIPKE!!! I LOVE YOU, BUT DAMN YOU!!
After watching Lucifer Rising, I am now officially afraid for Castiel’s life. Because we love him more than ever now…which gives the writers the perfect chance to drive fangirls like us crazy by killing off Cas. They better not, or I might go on a killing spree myself.
Thank you for bringing the brothers back together.
I feared the worst but now I can look forward to season 5!

Oh, that was great … Happy sigh … The boys are back ( so loved the last minute mutual clutching ) Cas is on the right side ( as opposed to the side of the Angels, snigger … ) The Bitch is dead and Bobby isn’t, what more could one ask for? ( an immediate start to season 5, right now before lunch, is what but you can’t have everything … ๐ )

Thank you for keeping Kim Manners name as the Executive Producer for this season, he is still very much in all of our thoughts, especially on finale day. It must have been incredibly hard to film without him.
Last but not least thank you for the show in the first place, and if anyone needs us, we’ll be the ones scouring the internet for snippets of Season 5… ๐

DAMN YOU, ERIC KRIPKIE! But thanks for my favorite season of Supernatural. Thank you for the storyline that put the rift between the brothers. I know I am in the minority here, but I liked it. But please let them mend their broken relationship now. I am concerned as others have voiced here that Lucifer will need a vessel and it being Sam. You would like to eff with us fans just enough to make that happen. But seriously I LOVE your show, but DAMN YOU for making me so obsessed with it!
And I’d like to thank Jensen and Jared for all their hard work and dedication to the show. But DAMN BOTH of YOU for being so sexy and such terrific actors that you make me feel as if Dean and Sam are real people!
Damn you Kripke! You once again screwed over Sam and his fans once again. Once again Sam is a failure who is too stupid to live without the wonderfulness that is Dean but Dean even got to kill Ruby, I wonder if Kripke knows that Sam fan are tuning out in droves. I love Sam and I think this season showed just how strong he is, not the opposite … Inspite of every demon in a thousand mile radius trying to screw with his head he didn’t lose himself, he didn’t go darkside and didn’t forget who his friends were. Yes, he made mistakes but it would be a pretty insipid kind of drama if all the characters were perfect. Dean screwed up too, and Castiel … If you’re that pissed off with the show why not stop watching?

For making me be annoyed at Sam most of the series only to to fall in love with him in the last few episodes. Jared had such a hard job this year and really pulled off a blinder. Rewatching episodes now I feel like such a meany for not sympathising with Sam before. The character arc for Sam has been incredible this season!
