(Photo by Lady_MickeyD – a truly amazing picture) On August 9th, we were all saddened to hear about the passing of Janet McDannald, aka Lady_MickeyD, from her recent battle with cancer. Janet was a dear friend to our staffers FarAwayEyes, Bardicvoice, and Tigershire. Alice and Nightsky also had a chance to meet her…

God bless you, Karen, this is beautiful.
I’m so happy that we share the same opinion – the most important thing is, indeed, how much we are loved by others. And it moves me to tears when I see that others are.
And I’m grateful to have that in my own life.
Thank you, Karen. Thank you so much. Love, Jas
Karen, you are such an amazing woman. I’m truly touched by this and stand behind your words 100%.
He directed many of my fave x-files eppies and then many of my SPN faves too. I too, love the Paley festival -interviews. They were all so at ease, so comfortable, and you could see all the love and respect they had for one another. And then later, everyone was so devastated by his passing, as were we. He was such a talent, I wish I’d known him personally, I bet he was a wonderfull man.
But thank you Karen, this is very enchanting and beautiful.
Verily, the bard speaketh the truth. Awesome stuff, Karen and if we’re going by that line from Oz, he was judged more than worthy.
Oz is one of the wisest and most heartwarming tales… ;-), Jas
Beautiful Karen…as always!
