An Ode To Kim Manners – By Karen
This question has been asked a lot over the past few seasons, as “Supernatural†ratings have declined (and The CW’s). Are less people watching? In an article I put up on TV For The Rest of Us, I covered in detail a recent Wall Street Journal article that stated among other things, that twenty percent…
Welcome to the haiku episode guide for season two! This was where it all began for me; I wrote the very first of my episode haiku for “Croatoan,” and later went back to fill in all the holes. Dean’s despair and resignation in “Croatoan” made poetry my only appropriate response; that has never changed. Hope…
Just in time for the holidays, colorful clothing, collectibles and crafts filled the vendor floor at 2021’s Chicago Comic and Entertainment Exposition (C2E2) this past weekend. If one had the persistence of Sam and Dean on a hunt, several new and fun gift ideas for the Supernatural Family could be found in unexpected places! Share…
So, Christmas time is here and I know what you’re thinking: What in the world can I get the ghost of my great grandmother, vampire neighbor, or the DarknessTM to unwrap on that magical morning? Maybe you celebrate Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa or have another holiday tradition that involves exchanging gifts with the little monsters…
Let’s get our read on! It’s been a little while so let’s have a quick refresher, especially if any new fans come by. Supernatural, like many other famous TV and movie properties, has “tie-in novels”. God bless you, Karen, this is beautiful.
I’m so happy that we share the same opinion – the most important thing is, indeed, how much we are loved by others. And it moves me to tears when I see that others are.
And I’m grateful to have that in my own life.
Thank you, Karen. Thank you so much. Love, Jas
Karen, you are such an amazing woman. I’m truly touched by this and stand behind your words 100%.
He directed many of my fave x-files eppies and then many of my SPN faves too. I too, love the Paley festival -interviews. They were all so at ease, so comfortable, and you could see all the love and respect they had for one another. And then later, everyone was so devastated by his passing, as were we. He was such a talent, I wish I’d known him personally, I bet he was a wonderfull man.
But thank you Karen, this is very enchanting and beautiful.
Verily, the bard speaketh the truth. Awesome stuff, Karen and if we’re going by that line from Oz, he was judged more than worthy.
Oz is one of the wisest and most heartwarming tales… ;-), Jas
Beautiful Karen…as always!
