Little Baby Mishette Has A Name! (Plus a Bonus Baby Picture)
It’s my guess that Misha and family finally wanted to leave Canada. Misha had told us at Toronto con that not only had they not decided on a name for his new baby girl, they weren’t even discussing it. That was a problem since she was born in Canada and they couldn’t leave Canada without a birth certificate. They also couldn’t get a birth certificate without a name.
Misha made it official on his Twitter today.
@MishaCollins: Finally found the name tag. It’s “Maison Marie Collins” pronounce “Mason.” She’s basically a trained assassin.
Aww. I’m sure West is still calling her “Sockeye.” For those that are french ignorant, “Maison” is french for “House.” At least she got a normal middle name, unlike big brother. I so see Jared calling her “House.”
While we’re sharing baby pictures from Twitter, leave it to Jared to one up Misha. I get he wanted to show off his kid too, but it’s mighty bold to be posting shirtless pictures of yourself on Twitter. Not that I’m complaining!

… Only a shoulder shot, since they didn’t shave his chest. 🙁 I’m guessing this is from Tiger Mommy shooting time since a) they just pulled aside their shirts to show Linda the tat when they told her she and Kevin had to get one, and b) it’s too cold in Vancouver for shirtless outdoor shots now!
YAY for Misha’s baby having a name! Both babies are adorable.
Sooo cute!… oh, the babies too. I kid, shallow moment. Blame it on Jared showing off his chest, it’s too early in the morning for that. All said and done, being French I did pronounce Maison the French way first and thought to myself, mmm, that’s kind of strange. It being pronounced Mason makes a little more sense.

Are you referring to my pet name “Mishette?” If you are, that’s me being cute. Misha never said that. Considering the baby was nameless, I made something up. As for “Maison” that’s not quite the same.
