You know I do feel a litle guilty about sort of ruining all these classics.
I have a problem with lyrics, once they are in my brain they stay there, the same goes for peoples `misheard` lyrics. On the radio years ago someone said they thought Queen actually sang `Spare him his life from these pork sausages` and I have heard this every time since. A friend also told me last week she though k d Lang was singing `Can`t stand Gravy` instead of `Constant Craving`, another one forever ruined. 🙁
