If Alice does not mind I have no problem with you translating this, Ju
Do I love Bob Seger? Ha! I do love Bob Seger! :-*
Julie, sweetie, this is again amazing stuff, and I can’t wait to see more of your beautiful ideas here. Watch it, woman, if you go on like this, you might end up becoming a regular writer for this site…
Lots of love, Jas
Thanks Jas, you say this like it`s a bad thing 🙂
I used this as an excuse to use this song, I have always loved it and it is not as well known as somne of his others. hope this encourages some people to listen to this one!
Love Ju
Amen, Dany! 😆
Hi Julie
you are so right never watch the end of Season 3 with out watching the start of season 4 🙂
The only good thing when I think about the cliffhanger and hellatus is I´ll be on a Con and ask them! 😆
Junkerin, Thanks for your comment.
I am glad I am not the only one, I think it should be law that you have to watch Lazarus Rising immediately after No rest for the wicked, I know i always do!
Have fun at the con, but you know of course no one will tell you anything!! 🙂 Ju
Deep, deep down I know. But imaging a end like season 1 and you see them next morning live, up and well. 😆
You are welcome Leslie92708, lots of memories there for me too.
I am also worried about what awaits us in this finale, especially after all that was said at the Paley Festival. I don`t think it is going to be an easy summer 😥 Ju
Thank you Dany , you know I am dreading the hellatus too.
Unlike you I have not lived through them all in real time, this will be my third and I don`t like them one bit 😮
But I am sure we will get through it together
Love Ju
I honestly think if I had been watching these as they were airing I’d have gone nuts a long, long time ago. Thank God for episode 1’s (and DVD’s….) These finales are so amazingly heartbreaking.
Which finale hurt the most? Um, each has their own uniqueness. I like the finales that are that wee bit more intimate, especially as we grow to know the characters. I mean, Sam and Dean’s deaths would mean nothing to the larger population but they absolutely devastate Sam and Dean. I like that we get a little sneak peek into their hearts when this happens.
Jeez, these writers sure do know what they are doing. (Feckers…)
Thanks Julie.
Thank you Tim,
As you say, Thank God for DVDs!!
Which hurt the most? Very hard question, they were all so tough, but I know if I had seen all these in real time I would have been a total wreck all that summmer waiting for the 4th season to start Ju
Julie, great job.
As one of the fans that has watched SPN from the beginning, I had the disadvantage of having to wait til September for the next season’s first episode. I had to wait and stress all thru the summer. Those finales were hard to take. Now of course, when I rewatch them, I have the next season’s dvds nearby for continued watching.
And from what I have read, this season’s finale will be no different. Damn you Sera and Eric. (shakes fist) 😆
Thanks NancyL
I think we are all dreading this finale. Doesn`t it just demonstrate what a great job everyone connected with this show does? Ju
I watched each and every season finale as it aired and had to suffer through the brutally long wait until the next season’s premiere. And I have a sinking feeling that the season 6 finale is going to rival season one’s finale in terms of sheer horror and heartbreak!
May we all gather strength from our Supernatural Fan Family as we wait out together what is sure to be another tortuous summer Hellatus! 😥
I love this idea Rose,
I said earlier we have to get each other through the long summer.
Thanks for your comment Ju
Julie,
This is fabulous. And I heartily agree with everyone who thinks this year’s season finale will be a humdinger of a cliffhanger. Heck, Sera & Eric and the entire casr say so!
Thank you Pragmatic Dreamer, glad you enjoyed this.
I think we need to stock up on the essentials for the finale, like tissues and chocolate 🙂 Ju
Loved it!
I think the 1st season finale cliffhanger was the toughest for me, especially since we didn’t find out for a few more weeks after that if our show was even renewed. I admit that I was even more worried about the Impala surviving than I was about her passengers!
I don`t think you were alone in your concern for `Baby`s ` survival BagginsDVM 😉
Thanks for the comment Ju
I, too, watched the entire series from the beginning and had to suffer the entire summer to see what was going to happen to my beloved Winchester brothers following each and every cliffhanger! Not for the faint of heart, believe me! I love these two so much, it’s as if they’re real people, and I insist that they either die together and end up with Mary and John in heaven or LIVE and continue hunting together! I did NOT like Kripke’s season 5 ender with Sam dead and in hell and Dean living a depressed apple-pie life with Lisa and Ben, because for me, that wasn’t fair to two men who had fought evil side by side their entire lives. They deserve so much more after all their sacrifices for the world and each other.
Come on, Kripke, Sera, have a heart!
Love,
Robin
It was heartbreaking the way our beloved brothers were ripped apart at the end of SS Robin I agree, but your wish that eventually they die together 🙁
I much prefer the second option Ju
That was so good Julie! Loved it!
Season 1 finale was tough but I was watching on dvds so had season 2 ready right away and didn’t have to suffer too much. If I had been watching it then I would have gone bonkers during that hellatus!
The one I did live through and suffered all summer long was season 3 hellatus. I don’t look forward to angsting all through the next one. 😥
But knowing Kripke I guess I will have to. :sigh:
Thanks so much Bevie,
Everyone seems to have gone through the mill after the season one finale. My first episode was `In my time of dying` so I did not have that problem, and this was on DVD so I could catch up with all I had missed very quickly.
As I said earlier I am eternally grateful I did not have to go through the hellatus following season three, I can only imagine what it must have been like as I can`t even watch it without having season four ready to view. Ju
