Celebrating the Life of Asa Fox” — (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET)
THREE WINCHESTERS ARE BETTER THAN ONE – When hunters gather together to celebrate the life and tragic death of one of their own, Sam (Jared Padalecki) Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) must take action when a demon starts picking off hunters one by one. John Bedham directed the episode written by Steven Yockey (#1206). Original airdate 11/17/2016.
“Pretty Little Liars” actress Kara Royster has booked a guest role in Season 12 of The CW’s “Supernatural,” Variety has learned exclusively.
Royster will play Alicia, a fellow hunter who crosses paths with Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) in episode six of the upcoming season. Raised by a witch, Alicia and her brother Max now hunt the things that go bump in the night.
We have the return of Jody and Mary, Hunters trapped in a house with a mysterious supernatural being, Billie showing up and a new writer! Does Mary show up because she heard about the funeral? Or do you think she contacted Sam and Dean and they came together? Mary is seen with Jody. Do you think they found each other before this funeral? Why is Billie there? Is it just for the dead hunter? Or is she coming for others, including the Winchesters? What part do the witch siblings have to play in the story? We had one really good episode by a new writer and one that got mixed reviews. Let’s hope we all enjoy Steven Yockley. Share your thoughts in the comments or in the discussion thread for episode 6.

The hellhound special effects, the mystery surrounding the hound’s target, then the intended victim’s claim to not have sold her soul all kept me intrigued. Dean and Crowley’s conversations and…
