After getting side tracked by a suggestion by love2boys, I returned to my previously advertised choice of cupcakes for our Supernatural Cupcake Wars: a red velvet cupcake otherwise known as “Alpha Vampire’s Delight.” It seemed like a wise choice. After all, Rick Worthy, the Alpha Vampire on the show, has often said that red…
The Winchester Family Business‘ “Inspired by Supernatural” series showcases the amazing talent within the SPNFamily. The artists, sculptors, jewelry makers, quilters and creators of unique craftwork that we have interviewed enrich the fandom with their beautiful expressions of love and admiration for Supernatural and its cast. Through these interviews, we hope to spread the joy…
In a grand tradition of several places around the Internet and to help the S10/11 Hellatus pass by more quickly, I organized a “Caption This” contest every week on The WFB’s Discussion Page. The object of the competition was to come up with the funniest, quirkiest or wittiest alternate dialog for a scene from one…
SUPERNATURAL’S CHRISTMAS MOVIES While looking at the cover of one of my favourite Christmas DVD’s (White Christmas), I realized that it would have been a perfect title for Supernatural’s Christmas episode. I then started thinking of other Christmas movies that could have been promoted with scenes from Supernatural. So I started playing around with movie…
We all know the last episode of the season is going to be extremely emotional. Luckily, I’ve got a handy guide of things you’ll need and things you’ll can do to help you get through them. 1. Kleenex. 2. Keep all throwable objects out of arm’s reach. 3. Chocolate. 4. If that…
On the seventh day of Christmas, “Supernatural” gave to me… Seven snarky angels… Six beasts a-slaying… Five manly rings… Four calling phones… Three hot guys… Two muscle cars… And a scarecrow near an apple tree. Share on FacebookTweetFollow usSave
Thanks for the tribute Ardeospina!
HAPPY CANADA DAY!
Cheers!
Really? The way Jensen feels about hockey? That’s funny. Well, this is one American who knows NOTHING about Canada, except they are sooo lucky to get to be able to see the show filmed. Also, VANCON always looks amazing (on YOU TUBE anyway).
Happy Canada Day to all my friends from Canada
Wayhey. happy Canada Day. Oh, there’s nothing that isn’t celebrated on this site so every day is a holiday!
Great manip, Ardeospina. I like the antlers, especially.
All I know is, ya’ll have the better side of Niagra Falls. Love it up there. Hope today is a day off for you all!
Hi Arde,
Thanks eh, for the lovely Canada Day snapshot. You must know a fair bit about Canada, because you got two of our national beverages – beer and anything hot in a Tim’s cup! I also particularly like the curling rock. That hints a little bit of investigative journalism on your part. Well done!
And Red Green with his duct tape? Brilliant. Because as he says “If the women don’t find you handsome, they ought to find you handy”. Luckily Sam & Dean are both!
Canada Day was excellent for me – sun, sand, & swimming in a Superior Lake with some of my favourite people.
Hope July 4th is equally special for all of you.

Glad you all liked my little project!
Pragmatic Dreamer, I must confess that I had inside information about the curling stone. You see, I used to curl in Pittsburgh for four years and knew a bunch of Canadians. I loved curling but just couldn’t afford the cost and the time with a new baby.
I also used to work at a company that did captions for reruns of the Red Green Show, and I loved it. So yeah, I guess I do know a little bit more about Canada than I let on!
And I meant to say…. the hockey helmet & stick were a wonderful touch. There really should be an episode where Sam & Dean have to lace up the skates and play a game of shinny. I’m giggling just thinking about it!
