The Best Impala Fan Ever
Cammy sent me a message that ended up being the best treat possible for an avid Impala fan such as myself. I’ll have her explain it in her own words:
We love Supernatural and modified our car to promote it. This car gets a lot of looks and makes good conversation. Some people already know it’s like the one on the show and others we explain. We enter it into car shows with a poster of Supernatural by it and it gets many looks and has many fans. We recently went to the Supernatural convention in Los Angeles Mariott and almost got to show a picture of it to Jensen and Jared but just missed the opportunity by three people in front of us. We hope Supernatural runs for many more years.
She even attached pictures. As a classic car enthusiast, I’m in awe. What an awesome restoration job.
Thank you so much for sharing Cammy, and feel free to let us know about any future shows where this treasure can be seen. I’m sure there are tons of fans that would love to turn out and see your “baby”.
Sighs deeply…that is a really good looking car, how awesome that she has one up and running and driving…ah, like having a little piece of the show, but for real. Gorgeous.
that is a 1968 impala not the supernatural 1967
impala fan is right, going by the picture, you can see the grill through the bumper wich is a 1968 model, the park lights are half the size of the 67 model, the wheelwell and door trim is far to skinny and the cow is covering the windshield wipers wich is a 68 model and the there is no chevy emblem on the front of a 67 hood, I should know because i am the orginal supernatural fan and i own an actual 67 impala;-) ps nice rims
It’s still a very nice car, none the less. 1967 impala’s are very very hard to come by. I know, I’ve been looking for one for a while now and my husband has looked even longer.
I think it was very nicely done and if one of you can replicate that car exactly, I’d like to see it.
Very nice job.
Hi – not sure if I’m way to late to the party –
I came across this page since I’m basically doing the same with a ’68 Sport Sedan (although all in black – interior too).
I was hoping to see the pictures of the ’68 on here but for some reason they’re not showing up.
If someone could give me a hint as to where to look (or better yet shoot me an email with them if you have some time) I’d really appreciate it!
My email is maxaviator@gmail.com
Would be more than happy to send pics of my baby (in the process of being built – paint is done and she’s starting to go back together – should be ready in about a month).
Thanks!
I’d love to see the pics of your baby! I can post all that in a new article, thus adding you to these wonderful archives.
I’ve been reorganizing our images for a while and these older articles are often missing pics. I’ve fixed it though so now you can see.
Thank you for putting up the pics. She’s gorgeous!
Alice – not sure if I sent the email with my car pics attached to the right place yesterday. If not please let me know a good address to send them to.
Thanks!
maximus3311, I didn’t get them sadly. Go to Contact Us, send me a message. That goes straight to my email. I’ll reply with my address and you can send the pics there. I can’t wait to see them!
