First Shot of the Day: Supernatural Family Starts to Say Goodbye
Supernatural‘s Creative Team and Crew
Eric Kripke, creator of Supernatural
This was the first #Supernatural scene we shot. Today will be the last. I’m grateful & love you all beyond words. But it’s only over when you say it is, #SPNFamily. In the words of Kim Manners (RIP): Kick It In The Ass. #SPN @jarpad @JensenAckles @mishacollins pic.twitter.com/GXLqBkanPu

Today’s gonna be a soggy one, #SPNfamily. Impossible to squeeze into one measly tweet how much these people and this show — this cast, this crew, these fans — mean to me. Feeling so much love and gratitude and, yes, sadness headed into the final day…

Now that all of our studio work is complete on #supernatural , the sad task of completely clearing out the sets and cleaning the stages has begun… #spnfamily @cw_spn pic.twitter.com/9QiL9sFBPN

We’ve arrived. Last day of filming #Supernatural. What a legacy.
15 Seasons. 327 Episodes. And a kid from East LA who got to be a part of it all. It changed my life.
The show is not going anywhere, it will be watched and loved for generations! #SPNFamily ?

It is impossible to contain the depth and breadth of my feelings for #Supernatural, and everything it stands for, into one tweet. For the crew, the cast, the fans, and everyone who has ever worked on it, I will always love you. Thanks for changing my life, Show. #CarryOn

Ten years ago today, through a series of lucky shenanigans, I found myself on a film set and soon had my first film job ever. I will forever be grateful for all the great memories, learning experiences, and friendships I gained from this show we all love. #Supernatural ? https://t.co/6LgpReYPLv

10ys ago I worked a job across the street from the Supernatural Stages. Not even knowing what filmed there, I still told myself that I WOULD work there. Today, I stepped away from the building for (even temporarily) the last time. What a journey it has been.

There are no words to truly say how much working on #Supernatural meant to me. I’ll cherish all the memories from this show. Shadowing directing, ADR sessions, late nights in the office, etc. The people I’ve met from this show are truly some of the best people. ❤️ u all #SPNFamily pic.twitter.com/kE2639OrLq

Even with the tears freely flowing now, the SPNFamily knows that this is just the first set of goodbyes. The next wave will come with the airing of the last seven episodes, which begin on October 8. The final episode of Supernatural airs November 19.
