Supernatural Nominations in Candagraph Awards

Canadagraph Best of TV Award Nominations are being selected and Supernatural has already had nominees in several categories.

 

When I started this site in 2009, it had 1 sole purpose, and that was to sell autographs of the stars I get. But, as time went on I experimented with some ideas. Being a stats fan, I started doing polls based solely on the TV shows filmed here in Vancouver, Canada. I gave out monthly “medals” to the shows with the top vote totals.

 

After a few months of those, it was coming up on the end of 2010 and I felt inspired to do an awards for all of TV. That awards, the inaugural Best Of TV Awards (BOTVA) started with just 7 categories Best Action/Drama Program, Best Sci-Fi Program, Best Comedy Program, Best New Program. Best Actress, Best Actor, and Favorite Character. The 2011 BOTVA’s rose to 20 categories. The 2013 BOTVA awards featured a record 24 categories including new awards for Best Youth actor & actress. The 2014 BOTVA’s had a record 27 categories as we added Best Writing, Best Stunt Team & a return of the Best Animated Program category which only was held in 2011 previously.

 

 

The 2016 Best Of TV Awards are under way. You can vote for them HERE, with categories changing every few days.

 

Several categories have already finalized the nominees, others are in process of selecting final nominees. These are the categories which have final nominees and where Supernatural has nominees in contention..

BEST DIRECTOR –
(any director of a scripted program that has an original air date in 2017)

 

 BEST EPISODE –
(any episode from a scripted program that has an original airing date in 2017.)

 

BEST WRITING –
(any scripted [non-reality, non-news] program that aired original episodes in 2017)

 

BEST STUNTS –
(any scripted [non-reality, non-news] program that aired original episodes in 2017)

 

BEST NON-HUMAN CHARACTER OR PROP –
(any non-human character [NOT characters that are not “human” played by a human actor.] that is in the show for more than 1 episode in 2017. Any item that is commonly used [NOT a generic item like a coffee mug or a plant…. unless they have physically been used in some way relevant to a plot/scene] in a show that has a purpose to scenes/plots in 2017. Items like buildings, weapons, animals, vehicles mostly.)

 

 

FAVORITE TV SHOW
(any scripted [non-reality, non-news] program that aired original episodes in 2017)

 

FAVORITE TV CHARACTER –
(any character in an episode in 2017)

 

 

BEST RECURRING ACTOR (Minimum 3 to maximum 7 appearances in a program in 2017. This INCLUDES leads who are on programs that did not have enough episodes in 2017 for the lead to be eligible for the Best Actor categories)

 

BEST RECURRING ACTRESS –(Minimum 3 to maximum 7 appearances in a program in 2017. This INCLUDES leads who are on programs that did not have enough episodes in 2017 for the lead to be eligible for the Best Actress categories)

 

BEST GUEST ACTOR
(Minimum 1 to a maximum 2 appearances in 2017)
