So Cas looks in really bad shape.  Dean is with the nurse mentioned in the synopsis. Crowley is dressed as a priest. He’s talking with a woman who later is with Dean’s nurse. Both Sam and unknown man have the marks on their necks that signify infection of what may be The Darkness. Is Cas being tortured and who are the men with him? Why is Crowley dressed like a priest? Who is the woman he’s talking to? What does she have to do with the nurse and Dean? Is Sam infected? What about the other man with the mark on his neck? Give your thoughts in the comments.
