Support Gabe Tigerman, Wife and New Baby in a Heartbreaking Time of Need
Our of our own in the Supernatural family needs our help! Gabe Tigerman (Andy in “Simon Said” and “All Hell Breaks Loose Part 1”) needs financial support after the birth of his new daughter Alice (nice name!). There were very bad complications during the birth and his wife, Kathryn, almost lost her life. She was critical in the ICU for 12 days and remains hospitalized. As for baby Alice, she was in the NICU for ten days and is now home with Dad.
Kathryn is going to need many months of extended care in her recovery, not to mention she will not be able to work for a very long time. The Tigermans need any help they can get, and a page has been setup telling their story and offering anyone willing to help a place to donate:

Supernatural fans have always been so generous in the past for various causes, and we’ve all grown very fond of Gabe through his numerous convention appearances. He one of the nicest, most generous people I’ve met at these cons and no one is more deserving of our support. Even $5 or $10 will make a huge difference. The goal is $200,000, and as of this writing $32,112 has been raised.
Thanks in advance for your support and please share the above link to giveforward any way you can.
My thoughts are with Gabe and his family. I wish the best for him and his family, especially baby Alice. I know this is a stressful time for Gabe and hope that he knows how much fans care.
Will the information on Gabe’s wife Kathryn condition be updated?
Hi EireneS
If you go onto the website they have set up, updates are posted on the right hand side by date. Also, if you donate and give them your email address, you will get updates right to your inbox. 😆
Update:
Great News After over three and a half grueling weeks in the hospital…Kathryn is finally home where she got to meet her daughter for the very first time! Gabe reports that her first glimpse of baby Alice brought the biggest smile to her face he has ever ever seen. So now, the healing powers of her infant daughter can begin to work their magic.
While Kathryn continues to improve, Gabe will be taking her back to the hospital every day for outpatient physical and occupational therapy, dialysis, as well as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for her hands and feet. Kathryn will be needing professional home care indefinitely, future surgeries and special drug treatments for her H.U.S. In light of all this, you can only imagine how grateful the family is for your unexpected and stunning generosity. So much love,

p.s. These are some of the flowers Gabe gave to Kathryn the day he proposed. Really.
(picture at site.
It’s encouraging. I wish her a full recovery.
Update on Gabe Tigerman’s wife
Unfortunately, on July 3rd, Kathryn had to be re-admitted to the hospital. She’d been having a consistent fever which tipped us off that something was wrong. Tests revealed that she has multiple sources of infection that require specific hospital-administered antibiotics, procedures and further testing. Because the infections were diagnosed early, doctors are hopeful that she will get better and get home within the week. Just thought you’d want to know,
