Spoiler Roundup – April 19th (Contains Season Finale Info)
TVLine has just put out they’re monster May Season Finale Spoilers article by show, and naturally Supernatural has an entry in there. It’s got some things we’ve already reported, but there’s a couple of new quotes that when looked at sideways could mean something, or at least take some theories in different directions.
Here’s a couple things that really caught my eye!
On episodes leading up to the finale:
Sam may look strong, but he’s at his lowest point. “The further along in the trials, the worse he feels,” previews executive producer Jeremy Carver. That “culminating” effect is “explored in more detail as we move forward.”
As for Sam and Dean, who didn’t start the season on the same page but became united in their goal to close the gates of Hell, the brothers are “going to start to really ask themselves and deal with all sides of the question of, ‘How far are you willing to go to get revenge?'”
On the May 15th season finale:
“There are a lot of intersecting plots and personal motivations that are going to come to a head,” teases Carver, adding that “several things will be changed forever.”
“We will absolutely see the positive and negative effects of being legacies.” And yes, there will be “a few” cliffhangers, so prepare yourselves for a long summer.
Read the entire article here. There’s also tons of great info about other shows, just consider this a warning if you don’t want to be spoiled.

This plays into my fantasy that maybe for once, they’ll decide the cost of what they’re about to do is too high and choose not to sacrifice themselves or each other for the cause, but to stand side by side and fight on, together. Not dying, not disappearing…not letting the evil SOBs keep doing this to them.
It’s fanciful, I know…. 😆
Oh, yes, sweetondean. Let’s just stay in that happy place. Already have cramps just thinking about the “few” cliffhangers.
I totally agree with you. The brothers need to change this up. I hope the cost of what they are about to do is so huge that they decide not to do it. Neither one of them dies or sacrifices themself to save the world and just break this cycle. (We know it’s going to end bloody for someone, just maybe not them.)
Did you guys see Jared’s tweet? He tweeted about how a song named “Funeral” was what got him in his “emotional state” for the finale. 😥
