Spoiler Update – September 10th
The date is getting closer, and the info continues to trickle out. The big news that's gotten everyone excited recently still remains the one minute preview of the premiere (the hug! the hug!) but here's a little more to keep you going. After all, 23 more days to endure.
Zap2It has some casting news for Episode 8.07. According to them, "Women don't tend to stick around long on this show, so our ears perked up when a little birdie told us that we'll soon see a "major recurring female character." Naomi will debut in Episode 807, "A Little Slice of Kevin.". She's very buttoned up and polished (and described as similar to Matt Damon's character in "The Good Shepherd"). All that poise and professionalism is just a farce, though — she's got some serious issues. Oh, and FYI, that episode's mystery-of-the-week centers around a woman named Delta, who is a rocker who may have become a "witch-for-hire" when her band broke up."
A promo picture from the first episode has surfaced! I haven't found the exact source yet, but Dean's still in the jacket! I wonder if he's either in purgatory or just got sprung from it. Very interesting.
That's all I've got more now, but I'll keep digging!
I keep telling myself that it will be October soon! However, soon can seem to be soon enough!
A badass bloodied Dean holding knives, now that spells entertainment! Can’t wait for October!
OMG. I am freaking out!!!! My local CW affiliate just got dropped from DirectTV yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still in the progress of investigating my options. They emailed me back and said CW will no longer be available in my area! The local ABC station said they will broadcast it on a digital subchannel. But if I am a DirectTV user how do I get that? I am going to hyperventilate right now just thinking about missing the premier!!! SPN fans please pray for me! I know I can watch CW online after it airs, but I NEED to see the premier that night. I was already planning on getting off work early that night so I could come home and watch it! Ok, breathe. I may have to switch TV companies. Can’t go without my SPN!!!!!!!!
I feel your pain. My local cable company dropped the CW affiliate last month. I sent numerous emails and visited the local cable company’s office. I was told that the cable company needed time to negotiate. I decided that my allegiance to SPN is more important than waiting for the cable company not to address my concerns. October 3 cannot come fast enough. Thank goodness, I will have a new company that offers that station and I can sit back and watch the 2012-2013 season in real time.
You are right. First, take a deep breath. Good luck as you pursue the steps you need to watch SPN!!!
