Auld Lang Syne: Bardicvoice’s Favorite Supernatural Reflections
For my “old long ago,” I blew the dust off my two 2013 dissertations on the show’s use of angels – one as a group, and one specifically on Castiel – to set the stage for a “new, more recent” look at what the show has done with angels since then. While I organize my…
Far Away Eyes’ Review: “Supernatural” 9.11- “First Born”
“Stretching back to Cain and Abel. It’s in your blood, your father’s blood, your family’s blood.” —Michael, “The Song Remains the Same” Supernatural has explicitly laced Biblical lore through its mythology since season four—and season nine has shaped itself around that of Genesis. The Garden of Eden and the Fall of Man was a focal…
Inspired by Supernatural: Tarot Cards by Britanee
We have so much talent in the Supernatural fandom. People who draw, edit photos and videos, write fanfics, work on costumes or props, make jewelry, and more. So it’s time to share some of the talent with the fandom and ask the people behind the ART some questions. This time I am introducing to you…
Recap – “Two Minutes To Midnight”
Whew, episode 21! I’m positively loopy with recap fever here, churning out a seventh one in a row for your (and my) amusement. There’s still next week too! So, let’s get it on, these episodes are getting bumpy. I note there’s an especially long “NOW” segment. I know there’s a lot to cover, but there’s a lot…
Thoughts on Supernatural 11.23: “Alpha & Omega”
ByElleAlpha & Omega – as finales go, what can we say? It was certainly a unique finale in it’s own right – free of dramatic explosions, supernatural cliffhangers (by and large) and even had a (mostly) happy conclusion to the season-long conflict. Of course that’s not to say we weren’t left with more questions and…
Retrospective Review – Thoughts on Supernatural 13.04: “The Big Empty”
ByElleThough it feels like so long ago, it wasn’t that many moons back that we watched as Castiel confronted his own likeness in an inky abyss while Sam and Dean struggled to overcome grief and loss in the same breath as trying to teach a newly born Nephilim the ins and outs of humankind and…
Hahaha! Castiel’s lines are funny on their own, they’re even funnier with the images you paired them with. 🙂
Very Good. I enjoyed the slideshow a lot! Thanks!
That was great! Good job!

Don’t let this be the only one, roight……
Oh, that was an inner city Dublin way of saying ‘Can you do another one, pleaseeee?’
Thought I’d spread a bit of Irish um……. ‘culture’ for the day that’s in it (Tuesday).
Haha okay ! um i made a slideshow a couple of years back as well , hopefully i won’t take that long this time :p
Great match-ups! Thanks for the laugh.
I can’t get the slideshow to work – nothing happens when I click on the link at the title, on the picture, on the “start” button, or on the >> button. I’m logged in- what’s the prob?
I just tried it and it works for me. You don’t need to be logged in to see it. What browser are you using? I’m finding there are some compatibility issues with some of our applications and IE9.
Thanks, any information you can give can help in figuring out the problem.
