Two New Interview Clips With Jensen and Jared on MTV.com
MTV just sent us the links to these two great new interviews that were posted today on their site from Jensen and Jared. Warning, they’re slightly (and I mean very slight) spoilery. Mostly they’re great interviews!
The first is both of them talking about Jensen directing another episode this season.
The second video drops some information about the upcoming season seven. Yes, that’s Jared making a slash joke. :)
Alice Jester is the founder, editor-in-chief, head writer, programmer, web designer, site administrator, marketer, and moderator for The Winchester Family Business. She is a 30 year IT applications and database expert with a penchant for creative and freelance writing in her spare (ha!!) time. That’s on top of being a wife, mother of two active kids, and four loving (aka needy) pets.
Okay. I caved. I watched. And now I’m more jazzed for the season to start than ever.
Jared’s remark that it’s rather back to basics makes me happy. I don’t think they’re going to strip Sam and Dean down to their season 1 selves by any means, I just love the idea that it’ll be soley about THEM again, together, on the run, relying on each other and their skills.
And of course, listening to them talk about Jensen and direction is just fascinating to me. It’s just so neat to hear how that side of the operation works as opposed to just watching it unfold.
Bring on season 7!

Love to hear about Jensen’s directing and hope the stories are back mostly to the two of them and their troubles again. No more wars in heaven or such like. (Much as I love Cas)
Great interviews but I, for one, will miss Castiel greatly and the comraderie that he once shared with Dean and Sam. I would LOVE it if, at some point in the season, Castiel gets busted for his God antics and becomes fully human, at least for awhile. That would make me sooo happy.
