We got the news in this week that actually - SPOILER - (highlight the following text to see) number one from my TOP 5 TV series list was actually going to be on the last season of Supernatural! - As a hunter a matter of fact. I could not believe it so of course I wanted to get this article out to celebrate the exact announcement.
PS. I clearly have a type both in men and women… Oh well, who can blame me in this case!
Here are my choices to play hunters in Supernatural!

1. Christian Kane
“You win the fight by fighting.” – Christian Kane
He has the scruffy frame and he can fight. Also he can sing if that counts. In Angel he was a bad boy that had neat tattoos but in Leverage he really was the perfect hunter. Also he is Jensen’s friend so the comradery is already there. – SPOILER-(highlight the following text to see) I guess my wish came true and we will see Christian Kane in S15 as Dean Winchester’s hunter friend.

2. Lucy Lawless
Look, I loved Xena. She was badass and could have some awesome fights. Also no monster would survive if she was on the job right? And if you think about it - her armor was pretty awesome too. Fa-lalalalalalalalaaaah! (battle shout)

3. Clayne Crawford
He has been in many series that I know but mostly I look at him how he was as Riggs in Lethal weapon. Instead of the word “police officer” he could have “hunter” written all over it. The rough life, drinking and just punching baddies to their face is a great example why he should be one.

4. Jason Momoa
I did not choose overly muscular hunters to be hunters because they also need to be nimble. Momoa just fits all in all with his physicality to the role. (Also tattoos!) I think he knows our guys too so it is a good fit. He has a look that can kill you where you stand too. I mean it could be named “The stare” and have Momoa’s photo beside it. His physicality in Stargate: Atlantis and Frontier made him a good contender to play a hunter.

5. Lorenzo Lamas
He knows martial arts and when I was young I lover the TV series Renegade. From all these examples I think it is a show that could be named “The Hunter”. He rides a motorbike, has long black trench coat and long dark brown curvy hair. I think he might be as tall as Jared actually. But yes, his Renegade self is the one I see is the hunter.

Ever since when I was little I loved Biehn in movies and TV series. Mostly he played the soldier “type” but also he appeared in western themed stories. Good fit for a hunter wouldn’t you say?

I think she doesn’t need an introduction but will do it anyway. Although she has not been an action star fully in her career she made a lasting impression to all of us in Terminator as Sarah Connor. Young or old she kicks ass.

3. Patrick Swayze 1952-2009
Yes, Road House is my guilty pleasure so sue me! Swayze has been in many action movies that fit the bill but Road House and Point Break are the ones that stick out more to me. He also has the lady charming side that we all know.

4. Sigourney Weaver
If you haven’t seen Alien or Aliens you should watch them immediately. Ellen Ripley is one of the most iconic movie characters there is. She was not actually a fighter but as faith would have it that would change. Isn’t that a story of all hunters before they would get mixed to the life?

5. Michelle Rodriguez
Why does she keep dying? She is like Sean Bean! That does not change the fact tho that she would be an awesome hunter. Mostly she has played soldiers on those movies where I have seen her. It is in her blood. So transition to a huntress would not that hard to see.
