But first! For our previous contest congrats goes to Marion! I loved the idea of a call back to the old horror movie feels that the show used to be known for, I even tried to use a rather gothic, horror-style font for the caption to really add to the effect.
Now. Today. Believe it or not. With this picture from episode 4.15 “Death Takes a Holiday” we have, as a website, officially held a captioning contest on EVERY. SINGLE. SUPERNATURAL. EPISODE!
Every episode from the mothership! Every episode from the spin off! Every episode from even the anime! Who thought when we first began this so long ago that we’d ever make it this far? I didn’t! But I’m so thrilled you have all agreed to join me this long on this crazy and fun journey! So here, we close out the year of 2023 with a very special 2 Sams for the price of 1 Dean!
Note also that after this contest, I will be taking a brief hiatus and our esteemed editor Alice will be continuing the CT fun in my absence. But don’t you fret! I will be on the hunt for yet MORE Supernatural we can caption. What does that mean? I have no idea! But as always, it’s going to be fun. (Did we caption the Ghostfacers webisodes…)
