TV Fanatic Roundtable: Supernatural 11.04 “Baby”
I think that Sean McKenna, the moderator for our TV Fanatic Supernatural Roundtables, hit it on the head when he asked, “Did Supernatural just have one of its best episodes ever?” Sean and Christine Laskodi of TV Fanatic and myself and Nightsky all had wonderful things to say about this wildly creative idea that once…
Ever Wonder How A Genre Show Is Edited? You Must Read This!
This is a major, major, treat for those of you production and technical junkies out there like me. This is a detailed article about the editing process written by one of the editors of “The Vampire Diaries,” Nancy Forner. Now, before any of you go, “That’s The Vampire Diaries, not Supernatural” read what she…

TV Fanatic Roundtable: Supernatural 11.05, “Thin Lizzie”
Would you stay in Lizzie Borden’s house? Aside from the obvious answer of “Hell” and “no,” that’s just one of the many questions our TV Fanatic Roundtable entertained this week. Myself, Nightsky, and Christine Laskodi and Sean McKenna of TV Fanatic ponder a few things, like what is Amara’s plan, explore the philosophical ramifications of…
TV Fanatic Roundtable: Supernatural 11.17 and 11.18 – “Red Meat”, “Hell’s Angel”
Apologies, but I didn’t get up last week’s TV Fanatic Roundtable. That’s a bonus for this week, because now you can check out two rounds of opinions! First, there’s the roundtable for “Red Meat.” Strangely, the panel was divided. Myself and Nightsky loved the episode, while Sean McKenna and Christine Laskodi of TV…
Finally, a recognition for Supernatural!.They deserve it!..COngratulations to Kripke and his whole team!!!!!! :-))
I’m glad I’m not the only one who got emotional looking at these pics. I truly feel a sense of joy looking at these.
I know that everyone at Supernatural works very hard to put out this great show .. it’s always appreciated, and so wonderful to have mainstream recognition for them!
Thank you so much, Alice, for posting these wonderful pictures, and please thank Hollie for providing them. I’m so happy to see Eric holding this oh-so-deserved award. All of the people I’ve seen posting that they think he will just wash his hands of this show next season need to look at the picture of him holding the award to realize that SPN is his baby (doesn’t he look like a proud father?) and he will always be hands-on where the show is concerned.
Thanks so much to Eric and the wonderful cast and crew for making this amazing show for us.
Bliss.
😀
Oh man. These pics are just lovely. Eric looks very proud, and boyish 🙂
Thanks Alice and Holly.
And congratulations Supernatural!!
WOW….So wonderful. Gives me goosebumps. YEA!!!!!
Go Ohio!
Oh, Eric, this brings me so much joy, you have no idea! You deserve this award for this amazing show, for choosing the two most incredible actors and their very special chemistry to star in it, for assembling writers, directors, and all the behind-the-scenes people who turn SUPERNATURAL into nothing short of a miracle on a shoestring budget every week!
Eric Kripke, you Magnificent Bastard who plays with my heart, my head, my soul, I bow down to you. I AM NOT WORTHY!
Love, Robin
Oh, I love this. Again: congratulations to everyone involved with this show – from the actors to the prop department, you guys put so much work into making the best show possible…
May there be more awards, more recognition, more fun for all of you and, on a very selfish note (I’m only human, come on ;-)) more seasons….
Wow and wow again! Jas
Aaahh … Who’s a happy bunny then! 😀
