Bobby wants to kill Jack because he killed Mary. Dean says they have to stop Jack but both he and Sam have to sign off on it. Duma believes Jack has a glorious destiny and Cas warns her that Jack is growing in power. The title is ‘Jack In The Box’, so perhaps Dean wants to put Jack in the Ma’lach box?
