Ten Years of Supernatural When and Where
Supernatural has just completed its 10th year. Ten seasons of driving around the country saving people hunting things. Where have our boys gone and when did they get there?
Over at LiveJournal Hells-Half-Acre has been compiling a timeline for every season of Supernatural. There is also a timeline for the pre-series. Recently, the timeline for season 10 was posted.
In the timeline master post, Hells-Half-Acre states that
My goals for this timeline were:
1) Finding dates using only information provided by the episodes. Priority of information sources: A)Dialog, B)Art Department, C)Other Official Sources, D)Conjecture.2) Keep track of how many days the boys spend in each episode. As I worked on it, two lesser goals occurred as well:
1) Record locations – mainly for the purposes of estimating driving time.
2) Try to work the episode title into a sentence – because it’s fun!
You get to all the timelines through the master post. Thank you Hells-Half-Acre for this wonderful resource.
Just saw that TV.com chose one of Supernatural’s episodes as one of the best of the 2014-15 season. Surprisingly they chose Angel Heart as the best.
Thunk! That sound you hear was my jaw hitting the floor. I thought Angel Heart was OK at best; there many episodes that I liked better. I wonder if the person who did the picking is a fan of SPN?
I thought for sure it was going to be Fan Fiction since it had the highest rating for the season and appealed to a wider audience. But Angel Heart? There were so many others that were so much better. I liked Angel Heart well enough but it wasn’t anywhere close to the best of the season.
Wouldn’t you love to know how they picked it? It just seems so random, like they picked the name out of a bag or threw darts.
On a cuter and happier note….

It also looks so peaceful and tranquil. It makes me wonder if he’s dreading the return to filming. It must be so hard to go from this wonderful family time to 14 hour days and being away from his family for the better part of every week.
