Both boys look incredibly yummy. I like Jensen with a little length to his hair, and wish they would allow that for Dean, but I don’t think they would go for that big of a change to his look at this stage. Jared sounds sick in this video. His voice is husky like he’s fighting off laryngitis or something.
Mabe DD has a different sense of style. More “how YOU doin?” less militant.:) I hope Jared is OK! He is so thin and getting thinner with his injury preventing him from doing any major muscle building exercises. And babies! They’ll wear you out. 😉
Wouldn’t it be weird (or cool) if Dean grew his hair out and Sam as part of his ‘going off the rails’ cut his all off? The fandom would go berserk!

OOOOooooh…. that was pretty hot, I must say. I see that DD does get to have longer hair! And they worked Jared’s shoulder problem in to the story cause he’s wearing his sling. Both boys look awesome. Poor Sammy… the way he looks at DD when DD says “do it!” and Sam has that “I can’t!” look on his face. Wibble…..
I had lots of comments about the sizzle clip on twitter during my live tweet at TVFTROU. I’m not sure how we get the conversation going real time here, but I’m not sure this thread is the best place to do it. It’s not related to Comic Con.

In the recent flood of interviews about Season 10 (specifically one with Zap2it ([url]”http://www.zap2it.com/blogs/supernatural_executive_producer_jeremy_carver_discusses_season_10_demon_dean_sam_crowley_castiel-2014-07″[/url])), Jeremy Carver mentioned a new character named Cole, a guy who’s not a hunter in the SPN sense of the word but is a) someone from Dean’s past, b) like Sam is hunting for Dean and c) has no idea Dean’s a demon.
Carver touted him as a “pretty cool character” and (I believe in another interview) recurring. The Zap2it interview (dated July 22) quoted Carver as saying they’re not announcing casting yet, but an actor named Travis Aaron Wade ([url]”http://instagram.com/p/rA_O-6J5ef/”[/url]) is now tweeting about being on set and playing Cole.
Anyone else get the sense this ‘Cole’ is the potential lynchpin for SPN spinoff 2.0? Perhaps learning from past mistakes, they’re giving Cole a trial run within the mothership to gauge audience reaction and flesh him out a bit before building a pilot around him.
Thoughts anyone???
Personally, if TPTB are going to attempt another spin-off I for one would much rather see a Sheriff Jody/Sheriff Donna take. It could be a little Cagney and Lacy, a little X-Files and a little Fargo; funny, creepy and tough. Something like that would be far more interesting to me than watching some young dude barely out of high school, who’s “learning” to be a hunter. Wasn’t that the gist of the atrocious “Bloodlines?” TPTB need to remember their fan base; women 18-39 and women 39-60…educated, sassy, smart. We, for the most part, don’t want to watch a couple of barely 20 something males running around talking tough and trying to look macho coupled with puffy haired, airbrushed, emaciated girls in barbie pink lip gloss and revealing tank tops. We want Sam and Dean and in the absence of Sam and Dean, I for one would like Jody and Donna to represent the Supernatural fight for all the women out there! Let these more seasoned ladies kick some ass for a change. I’d tune into a show like that for sure.
