Supernatural Nominated for GLAAD Award
Here’s an award you don’t normally expect “Supernatural” to be nominated for, but it’s kind of awesome nonetheless. Thanks to their lesibian guest character Charlie Bradbury, “Supernatural” has been nominated for a GLAAD award!
“Supernatural” received a GLAAD award nomination for OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL EPISODE (in a series without a regular LGBT character):
The Soul Man, “Bride and Prejudice”
Supernatural, “LARP and the Real Girl”
Drop Dead Diva, “Secret Lives”
Elementary, “Snow Angels”
Necessary Roughness, “There’s the Door”
The awards — which recognize outstanding images of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community — will be handed out on April 12 (in Los Angeles) and May 3 (in New York City).
Thanks to Deborah for the info.
That’s funny, I just watched LATRG just the other day. I had forgotten how fun that episode was. Sometimes when I have watched an ep a few times I will ff past some scenes. With that ep I watch every minute.
“These kids with their texting and murder”.

Wonderful nomination. And so well deserved for the episode.

Yay! Larp is one of my favorite episodes, and mostly because of Charlie–my favorite female character! Go Felicia Day!
