Hi, everyone! I'm back with another top ten article about Supernatural! This time I've picked the ten most disturbing deaths of beloved recurring characters.  Once again, I chose my list by picking the first ten that came to me. I figured these deaths impacted and affected me the most.

Now, before you read my list, write down what you would pick. What ten deaths impacted you the most?

1) Sam in "All Hell Breaks Loose: Part 1" (2.21)

SPN 1197

Sam's first death really shocked me. It was so heartbreaking to see Dean's reaction.

2) Dean in "No Rest for the Wicked" (3.16)

Dean being mauled by the Hell Hounds was brutal to watch. It haunted me during the entire summer hiatus...

including the image of Dean strung up in a web of chains and his cry for 'SAM!'

3) Ellen and Jo in "Abandon All Hope..." (5.10)

SPN 0953

Ellen and Jo's deaths were so heartbreaking. When Jo realised that Ellen wasn't going to leave her, I was a blubbering mess. To this day, I haven't been able to re-watch this episode.

4) Bobby in "Death's Door" (7.10)

The loss of Bobby was devastating.  His last word of 'Idjits' had me in tears. I was not a happy camper about them killing Bobby off.

5) Charlie in "Dark Dynasty" (10.21)

DD 16

Charlie's death seemed so unnecessary and senseless. Her character deserved a better send off.

6) John in "In My Time of Dying" (2.01)

John sacrificing himself to save Dean, and Sam's reaction finding his father, was heartbreaking.

7) Kevin in "Holy Terror" (9.09)

SPN909HD 2389

Kevin being killed by Gadreel/Sam was both shocking and mortifying.

8) Castiel in "Hello, Cruel World" (7.02)

Castiel, being over taken by the Leviathans, walks into the lake and disintegrates as all the Leviathans escape. Only his trench coat comes to shore.

9) Pamela in "Death Takes A Holiday" (4.15)

Pamela is stabbed while trying to protect the brothers. The tragic thing was that she didn't want to get involved in their plan but helped out anyways, only to lose her life.

10) Rufus in "...And Then There Were None" (6.16)

Bobby is infected with a parasite worm and kills Rufus. I was really sad to see Rufus die and the guilt Bobby will have to carry for killing his oldest friend.

Honourable Mention

Gabriel/Trickster in "Hammer of the Gods" (5.19)

Gabriel is killed by his brother Lucifer, while trying to protect Sam and Dean.  I loved Gabriel/Trickster and was heartbroken to see him killed off.

Ok, now it's your turn. What were the ten deaths that impacted you the most?

Please be safe and stay strong during these uncertain and stressful times.

And a THANK-YOU to all Front Line and Essential workers!
