Page 1 of 3The end of the year is a wonderful time for reflection, time to take stock and look back at everything that's come before us in the previous year and years before. "Supernatural" is on its winter hiatus, and with no new episodes to occupy our time, the year-end reflection becomes a reflection on "Supernatural" and our favorite episodes. Because we're masochists (we ARE fans of "Supernatural," after all!) we admins, Alice, Sweetondean, and Ardeospina, decided it would be fun (torturous, torturous fun) to rank our top 15 episodes of "Supernatural." Why 15? Because 10 is too hard, and we're not THAT masochistic.
We're picking an episode a day until the show returns, so check back to see our list! Without further ado, here are our choices for #15.
"It's A Terrible Life"
Why: I have a soft spot for AU episodes, and this one is just so fun! Until the end when Zachariah shows up and it gets sad again, but let's focus on the fun. Sam works in tech support and wears a polo shirt. Dean is management, wears suspenders, eats salads, and drives a Prius! Oh, the humanity! This episode also introduced one of the smarmiest, slimiest villains ever to grace "Supernatural's" screen; Zachariah. He was so much fun to hate. What a character. Plus, who isn't amused by Sam crammed into a tiny cubicle? Moose trap!
Favorite Quotes: Sam: "Well, did you try turning it off and then turning it back on?"
Dean: "Angel or not, I will stab you in your face." This is a favorite because he carries through!
Favorite Scene: Tough call, but it has to be the Dean montage at the beginning of the episode set to "A Well Respected Man" by the Kinks. Show is really good at montages, but this was one of their best.
