The Boys: This is Going to Hurt Board Game
Orders are now being taken for the officially licensed board game The Boys: This is Going to Hurt. Based on the original comic book series, The Boys, written by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys board game has all the characters fans have come to know through the series’ hugely successful streaming counterpart, including Jensen Ackles' season 3 Soldier Boy!
Soldier Boy is one of the featured "team members" of the Supes in the game. According to the game's website, your job is "to traverse the world gathering resources, completing missions, and recruiting the strongest team you can" to defeat Homelander. In the course of completing your mission, you may work "with a member of our Black-Ops anti-superhero team, The Boys. They know the Supes better than anyone." (Be sure to check out "The Mission" page of the game's website 1firstgames.com. Its backstory and playing card previews will tempt you!)
The game is due to be released in February, 2022, but pre-orders are being taken now. Anyone who orders now will receive all of the extra goodies reserved for the game's Kickstarter sponsors!
Prices range from $60 to the game's deluxe version for $180.
