Sam and Dean find out that something is badly wrong with Jack. Dean blames Cas for not telling them that he knew it and says he's dead to Dean. Jack hallucinates Lucifer/Nick who says Sam and Dean will never trust him again. Jack visits Rowena.  What do you think? Did Jack kill Mary? Is that why he thinks Sam and Dean won't trust him again? Or is it just the use of his powers? Why does he think Rowena can help him? Will Dean eventually forgive Cas? Give us your thoughts in the comments or in the discussion thread for episode 18.
