Caption this! #417 – Tricked You!
Happy new Caption This, everyone!
Seems everyone got a bit distracted with just how pretty these last few entries were. But our faithful veterans not only soldiered on through the haze, but they also all submitted entries using the 3 images to tell a 3-panel joke.
So I decided to be devious and make ALL of them winners, giving each panel to 1 of them. Marion for panel 1, AlyCat22 for panel 2, and cheryl42 for panel 3. I think it ended up coming together well.
Now recently we had one of my favorite holidays… April Fools day! And who would better call to the silliness of that holiday than our own beloved Trickster? Since Alice is going through season 13, I thought we’d then go with his appearance in that season and… well we had a run of music themes lately too. Got to give our boy a chance with that. Pick out his tune, his encore, or his introduction – the sky’s the limit in this edition of caption this!
(and yes, this was partially inspired by a favorite artist from youtube’s recent April Fools day video)
