-----------------------------------------------------------
Season six will be a season of mystery and shadow. Heaven and Hell have been left in complete disarray since the apocalyptic events of season five. And now, monsters, angels and demons roam across a lawless and chaotic landscape. And so Dean Winchester, who has retired from hunting and sworn never to return, finds himself being pulled back into his old life – pulled back by none other than Sam Winchester, who has escaped from Hell. The two reunite to beat back the rising tide of creatures and demon-spawn, but they quickly realize that neither are who they used to be, their relationship isn’t what it used to be, and that nothing is what it seems. For all the latest Supernatural info and article links, follow The Winchester Family Business on Twitter at @WinFamBusiness

I'm not thrilled about the "their relationship is not what it used ot be" part. Does it mean that they'll be stranged again? Oh my, I hope not!
*what Narcissus said*
I'm just glad that Season 6 is going to happen! Also,I'm not going to read too much into " their relationship isn't what it used to be" part of the synopsis because it could mean many things.I can't wait to find out more
WHEEE!
as that was what I was hoping it WOULD be like it used to be in seasons 1 and 2 and even 3.
Whatever it is, I'll be watching. I hope it isn't too far into the future and making them that much older.
I really miss Dean the way he was in the first 3 seasons. We got a he** of a lot more smiles back then from the both of them.
PS. Glad Cas is back, though ... Dare one hope for Crowley?
Waaake me up, wheeeen Septem-ber ends.
Hope it turms out to be as good as it sounds!
I just really get nervous when I love something and am told that "things will never be the same again" when those are the very things that made me love it in the first place.
I miss the teasing and dithering and the snark and the "bitch" "jerk" exchanges in which the love is obvious. Was sad when the differences became rather unloving and vicious. If the unloving and vicious are what will never be the same again then I am all for it.
I hope that Lisa and Ben are not hurt by any of this, either physically or mentally. Don't punish her good deeds please. I really like Lisa. If Dean can't have Carmen (imaginary) or Jo (dead) Lisa is a great choice.
And I don't care what Kripke says, I say Ben is Dean's kid.
