Supernatural Episode 7.01 - "Meet The New Boss"

CASTIEL TAKES ON HIS NEW ROLE AS GOD — Castiel (Misha Collins) doesn’t kill Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Bobby (Jim Beaver) but warns them not to interfere in his business. Assuming his new role as God, Castiel sets out to right some of the wrongs in the world. Dean decides they should bind Death (guest star Julian Richings) and order him to stop Castiel, but the former angel is one step ahead of them, leaving Dean to face a very angry Death. Meanwhile, Sam struggles to deal with the broken wall in his head. Phil Sgriccia directed the episode written by Sera Gamble (#701).

For those of you that are a bit anxious, speculate away! The promo is below for those handful of you that haven't seen it, just to add fuel to the fire.

That is pretty much it! lol.. Thanks for sharing I am SO excited 22 more days! And I am happy to see Death again but what is Dean thinking, death didn't like it when Lucifer bound him he isn't gonna like a "maggot" binding him..

and Cass, oh Cass! I hope he returns to his old self soon.. and I am gona be po'ed if they ruin his character.. :/

Well they ruined Sams character without a second thought why should Castiel be immune? but considering Cass,s popularity they will do something to protect him from character ruination.

I rather the character was gone but do appreciate he has his fans . Ijust cant wait to see Death again Julian is excellent and a pissed Death is going to be even more scary lol.

Look at the bright side, we are finally in September, so that means the season 6 dvd comes out in a week and a half. WooHoo.

Wow its supernaturally Supernatural..I am missing Sam and Dean already and wish it to start asap..
Cass wow the so fiery..even Dean scared of Him..Wish he soons join the brotherhood and become the lovable cass once again

Thanks, Alice! Another spoiler alert - The CW has what I guess is the official blurb for Season 7 as it's at their site. I saw one of these earlier - maybe around the time of the summer TCAs? - but this is different, or at least has some new stuff. Again, read no further if you are avoiding spoilers (Alice, please remove or move this post if you don't want this here - thanks).
