HA!!!

Wait, wait.....let me pull out a Molson Canadian out of my igloo and wipe it off with my toque. There.

OK, fireworks for us today, fireworks again for you on Saturday!

Cheers!

I don't think it's that much warmer 'down here'...I'm in long-sleeved shirt and sweats and close the windows at night and sleep with a blanket...'tis chilly. Although, the local weather man thinks we might warm up into the low 70's this weekend! Oh, well, my AC bill will be very, very, very low this summer.

Happy Canada day!!! 8-)

From this Ontarian - thanks Alice! and Elle2!

Nothing like watching fireworks from an iglee eh, Tigershire?

(For the record - we've been sweating our butts off the last few weeks in my town - so I don't know how much warmer you southern neighbours are.)

Thanks Alice!

We've been quite warm here lately around Toronto.

Where do you live elle2 to be in chilly weather down below us?

And have a great July 4th, to all of you down under!

Oh God I so wish it was chilly ... Boiling hot here and I can't open any of the windows or the new ( and terribly nervous ) rescue cats will leg it over the hills and far away and then the Cat Protection League of scary ladies will come and break my legs ...

Absolutely you are an honourary Canadian Alice! You know it's actually back bacon so that get's you the title for sure. :D

And it's true - we West (or should that be wet?) Coasters do NOT say Eh?

Or at least we try real hard not to but sometimes it slips out.
