In the scene in S11Ep1, when Crowley has possessed the menopausal woman (SO great, btw!)....her husband looks very familiar. Could he be Dameon Clark who played the Rugaru, Jack Montgomery, in Season 4, Ep 4 (Metamorphosis)? If so, I thought it very interesting that Jeremy Carver wrote both eps...and that Sam was insistent on trying to cure and/or help the "monsters" from both eps. A parallel in both is that Sam is "infected" (demon blood in S4, Darkness(?) in S11). I doubt it was planned...but it seems rather coincidental. Even if it turns out NOT to be the same actor, the parallel remains.

I checked IMDB but didn't see that actor listed. It wouldn't be the first time they've recycled actors as the kid from S1's "Bugs" came back to play the hot-dog stand angel, and the leader of the cult town in "Scarecrow" came back to play the leader of the werewolf cult in S9's "Sharp Teeth"
