Here are the clips for April 15th's explosive and very important 100th episode, "Point of No Return."
These are long clips each and loaded with drama, so I'm going to separate them out this time. Yes, they're going to evoke the same cry out of all of us. "Is it Thursday yet??" I'm putting the episode description at the bottom under asterisks, because it's actually somewhat spoilery. Enjoy!

A frustrated and exhausted Dean (Jensen Ackles) begins to think the only way to stop Lucifer and save the planet is to say yes to becoming Michael’s vessel, but unbeknownst to him the angels have been coming up with a “Plan B.” Dean, Sam (Jared Padalecki), Castiel (Misha Collins) and Bobby (guest star Jim Beaver) are horrified at the angels' new idea and take on Zachariah (guest star Kurt Fuller) to prevent the beginning of the end on Earth. Also guest stars Jake Abel as ‘Adam.’ John Showalter directed the episode written by Jeremy Carver.

Well, sounds like Adam is the Vessel B. I don't know how else would he fit in the plot.
Adam again. Oh man - is it Thursday yet??
Is it Thursday (Friday) already?
Loved the 100 on the door.
"Dean considers giving up and giving in, but Zachariah comes up with a new strategy against Lucifer that means they no longer need Michael!
However, the consequences will cause even greater destruction,
and the Winchesters and Castiel must stop Zachariah before it's too late"
If this new plan doesnt involve Michael then there wouldnt be any need for a vessel.
So if Zachariah is planning to cut Michael off - then I suspect Michael may be a little p**sed!
Nothing to see here, move along.
You don't know how much you brighten up my day with your comments. You are my laugh of the day. Keep 'em coming!
That last clip was brutal.
I hope Michael smokes Zach like he did Anna
Im also hearing that someone is going to die - I hope its not Castiel or Bobby
This episode is going to be awesome!
I so understand Dean, and I understand Bobby so well. I sometimes wondered how he made it through, and his confession about the bullet he wanted to lodge in his brain and the reason of not doing it hit home. My God.
This show is getting better and better and more painful by the minute. We are masochists to love this, aren't we? Can't wait till Thursday... Who am I kidding...
Only five more episodes to go. I wouldn't mind the occasional breather, you know, the odd joke, a kiss (come on, Dean could use a little embrace from Lisa), just a moment to shake off the trepidation.
Okay, let's man up... This is going to be big!
Love Jas
Thanks for the info Marie. I have found some spoilers about the show, but not those. If anyone is interested, Ausiello posted, "There is not a major death in this episode", but Sam and Dean can't die anyway, so really that doesn't mean much.
I really hope that Sam gets the opportunity and is able to step up for Dean in this episode, too, because Dean just cannot help himself out of this. It looks like he will at least try from the preview clip. I just want it to be Sam that helps him through. It might not fix their relationship, but it will be a step in the right direction.
Also, is anyone else really amused by the idea of a Dean muppet? He and Cookie Monster could get together and eat pie and cookies!
Sam: "But I brought help". ???
Dean to Bobby: "You're not my father".
Cas finally lands a punch and he lands it on his buddy Dean. So not right!
Right, Randal, this is going to be sooo boring
And what's with the plan B?
And I am so pissed for I picked such a bad time to go on a trip with no internet access. Two-week-hellatus for me. But when I come back it'll be 2 new episodes in one piece
Dean Muppet? Ardeospina I love the Muppets, and I just imagined Dean, Sam, and Cas in the audience instead of Statler and Waldorf - I'm sure they'd be a worthy exchange
Umm, is anyone else..looking forward to the Cas/Dean stand off?
Thursday? Come faster!
Because it just doesnt make sence to me that Michael would be ok with not using Dean anymore, if they could use a Plan B vessel for the fight then Lucifer wouldnt need Sam anymore would he?
So i found that other episode synopsis,
the bit that says "Zachariah comes up with a new strategy against Lucifer that means they no longer need Michael"
Hmmmmm...I just cant imagine Michael taken orders from Zach or being cut out of the whole thing.
Can you?
So what will he do?
Im not sure Cas dying would be classed as a major death - although it would be to me :
I just cant wait for thrusday, hopefully my questions will be answered
I love this show
Yes, definitely.
And I like it better than puppet
